Who handles your request

TOYKE is a streetwear project based in Turku, Finland. The TOYKE project owner manages this reservation list. Contact us at @toyke.official on Instagram about your information or to cancel your request.

What we save and why

When you submit the form, we save your email, chosen design, colour, size, consent, request date and whether you arrived from Instagram, TikTok or another source. We use this to understand interest in Drop 001 and contact you about the design you chose and its launch, based on the consent you give in the form.

No purchase or payment

This form records a non-binding expression of interest. It creates no purchase contract and asks for no payment, address or card details. You are not joining a general promotional newsletter.

Storage and access

Requests are stored with our website hosting services, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. They are accessible to the TOYKE project owner and are not displayed publicly. The hosting services may also process technical request information under their own privacy terms.

Keeping and removing your request

We keep your request while preparing Drop 001, and review the list when the drop launches or the project ends. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at any time by contacting @toyke.official. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

You can browse the designs without submitting any information. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can contact Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
